Online, ECMWF
To meet the training needs of Member and Co-operating States, ECMWF has started a project to produce a set of publicly-available eLearning modules, initially on foundational material for our numerical weather prediction, software and product courses. The first two ECMWF eLearning modules, on Convection and Metview, were launched in May 2017 and others will follow later this year.
A set of online modules covering NWP topics, software, ECMWF meteorological archive and Metview (visualisation) is now freely available on the ECMWF website.
