The Eumetcal Programme in brief
Eumetcal is a EUMETNET optional programme with 25 participating and 4 Third Party Contribution which include EUMETSAT. In addition, the Eumetcal Programme has partnership agreements with several organisations outside the EUMETNET community. The Programme is lead by the Eumetcal Consortium consisting of KNMI (Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute) and DHMZ (Meteorological and Hydrological Service of Croatia).
